Aglio Olio

Ingredients
-Prawns
-Asparagus
-Spaghetti
-Garlic salt (or Garlic powder with salt)
- Garlic powder
-Black pepper

Method;

1. Boil the water. Make sure it is boiling. Add in 1/2 tsp of salt and some oil. Cook the spaghetti.

2. Cook it for about 8-9 mins (important . Drain the noodles.

3. Add oil into the pan, and fry prawns first. When it's 3/4 cooked, add in the asparagus. Stir-fry for a few.

4. Remove the prawns and the asparagus. Check if there's enough oil in the pan.

5. Now add in the spaghetti. Fry it, stirring frequently, for a minute or 2.

6. Add in a few shakes of garlic powder and garlic salt, covering the noodles with it.

7. Mix and fry for a few minutes, then sprinkle black pepper onto the noodles.

8. Stir-fry the noodles again. Add in the prawns and asparagus and stir-fry till prawns are cooked and the food is well-mixed.

9. Serve.

If you want an alternative of spicy and sweet sauce, 

Extra Ingredients;

-Sweet and spicy sauce ( you can find it in supermarket)
-Some ketchup
-1/2 a tbsp of sugar

Method;

1. Repeat steps 1-4.

2. Empty the sauce (depending on how much you want) into the pan, and cook it for a while.

3. Add tomato sauce or ketchup to taste. Add in the sugar.

4. Place the noodles into the pan. Mix the sauce into the noodles well.

5. Finally add in the prawns and asparagus and stir-fry some more.

6. Serve.
